As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our Houston team and help deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

The Role
This is a part-time position (24–28 hours per week), with flexibility on weekdays and weekends. You’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead the team when needed, and ensure our store runs smoothly while maintaining Ivory Saige’s high standards of service and presentation.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, expert assistance to customers and represent our collections with care

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening, closing, and reporting

• Take responsibility for the store when the Manager is absent

• Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities and motivating the team

• Coordinate and organize daily tasks to keep the store running efficiently

• Maintain visual standards and ensure the store reflects the Ivory Saige aesthetic

• Uphold company policies and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
